How fast do you respond?
Usually the same day. Call or text (903) 259-9403 and you'll typically hear back within a few hours. Messages sent through the form get a reply within one business day.
Do you charge for estimates?
No. Estimates are free. We'll come out, look at the job, talk through options and materials, and give you a written price — no charge, no obligation.
Do I need to be home for the estimate?
It's helpful to have you there for the first visit so we can walk the space and talk through what you want. After that, most of the work doesn't need you home — we'll keep you posted while we build.
